Some of your orders will arrive in separate parcels. Rei Rien has partners in the order fulfillment process to help keep prices down and overhead low.
Therefore your order may be shipped from several locations.

International Orders will arrive in one package, unless it reduces shipping/customs costs to split an order into 2 or more packages.
- We re-use shipping materials and boxes. It pains us to have all these boxes and packing material from inventory shipments and yet go out
and buy a ton of brand new boxes and padding. We won't send your perfume in nasty, dirty, torn up boxes or anything. It's just that the outside of what
you receive may not give you a swoon-worthy experience, but in exchange we all get to consume a lot less materials. Hopefully you will still swoon at
what's inside the box, and it will more than make up for it!
Standard Ground U.S. Shipping (4-7 business days) is $5.95 (Shipping for orders with ONLY Decanted Samples (1ml vials) is $4.00)
U.S. orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Postal Service mail. (not a guaranteed service)

After placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.

An e-mail will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number (if applicable) for your package.
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) from the time that the order is placed.
- Therefore, most orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that you place your order.

If your package is returned to us marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $5.95 re-shipping fee.
Expedited U.S. Shipping (3-4 business days) (see rates below)
- Excluding weekends. Not available to PO boxes.
- There are a few products that cannot be shipped via U.S. Expedited Shipping, please contact us if you have any questions.

International Shipping We can ship your purchase to (almost) anywhere in the world!

To keep costs down for you and us, we use US Postal Service for international shipping. We ship our international packages twice a week,
therefore it may take up to 5 business days between order date and ship date. Shipping charges will vary by location and order total and will be automatically calculated during checkout. Standard International Shipping is shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail and typically arrives within 10 - 20 business days from the ship date.
This form of shipping does not have tracking, only a customs number as confirmation of mailing. If your country or location is known for postal delivery problems or theft, we strongly recommend that you purchase Priority or Expedited shipping.

We do not offer Standard International shipping to the following countries: France, Italy, and Mexico. You may select International Priority Shipping or Expedited Shipping.

International Priority Shipping- This shipping option is for
customers who seek to have some form of package tracking and faster
transit than International Standard, but do not want to pay the extra
expense of Expedited Shipping. The transit time is 6 to 10 business days
from ship date.

Expedited International Shipping is shipped via USPS Express Mail and typically arrives in 5 - 7 business days from the ship date. The package can be tracked and delivery confirmed.
- Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
- International carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
