Our site is aimed at customers who have already sampled, purchased or experienced the product,
either its use in the case of bath and body products, or smell in terms of perfume.
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can return it for a full refund
but please note that the items must be unopened and unused.

You must contact us via email (info@reirien.com) before returning any items.
Please include your name, the Order #, the item description and reason for return within the email.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a store credit redeemable on your next purchase.

The original shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

If, upon receiving the returned item, we find it has been opened and/or used
store credit will be issued for the returned item less a 20% handling fee.
